The Balance app is a digital lending application based on digital technology, allowing you to get up to 5 million MNT in 5 minutes.
Download the Balance: Fintech app, click 'Register', read the Terms of Service, verify your information through the DAN system, and you will be successfully registered as a user.
Go to the 'Personal Information' menu, click 'Change PIN', verify your current PIN, enter your new PIN twice, and click confirm to successfully change your PIN.
Go to the 'Personal Information' menu, click 'Change Phone Number', enter the new phone number, and verify the OTP sent to that number to successfully change it.
Go to the 'Personal Information' menu, click 'Change Email Address', enter the new email address, and verify the OTP sent to that email to successfully change it.
Go to the 'Personal Information' menu, click 'Change Address Information', enter your new address details, and click 'Update' to successfully change your registered address.
Click the 'Calculate Limit' button on the Digital Loan card, verify your information through the DAN system, pay the 2,000 MNT fee for the credit inquiry, and your credit limit will be automatically calculated in 3-5 minutes.
If a digital credit limit is generated, you can conclude the contract 100% online through the app and get the loan without visiting a branch.
Click on the active loan card under the 'Loan' menu to pay the scheduled payment or full balance to close the loan.
If you overpay your scheduled payment, the excess amount will be deducted from the principal. Please note you still need to make your next scheduled payment.
If your loan repayment is overdue, the Digital Loan product will be temporarily inactive until payment is made, and penalty interest will be charged according to the loan agreement. Also, your overdue loan information risks being classified lower in the Bank of Mongolia's Credit Information Database.
