1.1. These Terms of Service govern the provision of electronic financial services by "BALANCED CREDIT BBSB" LLC (hereinafter referred to as "BBSB" or "the Company") through the "Balance" application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). Users of the Application agree to these Terms of Service and, upon acceptance, are granted the right to use the Application and its services.
1.2. Users of this Application must satisfy the following criteria:

1.4. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you are not authorized to use the Application.
By accepting these Terms of Service, you grant the following permissions and rights to the Company:
Fees associated with the credit services of the "Balance" app will be clearly displayed within the app each time you initiate a loan, make a loan repayment, or utilize other services. By entering the correct transaction PIN, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms of the loan repayment and any other services provided.
4.1.1. Users are entitled to access the following services through the "Balance" application:
4.1.2. Access account balances and transaction statements in compliance with "Balanced Credit BBSB" LLC regulations and request clarifications on pertinent information.
4.1.3. Exercise the right to contact the 7070-0033 call center regarding the "Balance" service and transactions. Alternatively, reach out to the employee who facilitated the contract to file a complaint and request resolution in accordance with the terms of the contract.
4.1.4. Demand that "Balanced Credit BBSB" LLC fulfill its contractual obligations as agreed upon.
4.2.1. Users are required to maintain strict confidentiality of their application login credentials, including username, password, and transaction PIN code. Users must not transfer these details to any third party and are responsible for their security. Users bear full responsibility for all risks associated with any breach of this obligation.
4.2.2. Users must provide accurate and complete personal information to "Balanced Credit BBSB" LLC. In the event of any changes in personal information, users are required to update their details in the "Personal Information" section of the "Balance" application.
4.2.3. In cases where a user loses their electronic service device, or if their access password, PIN code, or access rights are lost, forgotten, stolen, used without authorization, or if any disputed or fraudulent transactions occur on their account, the user must immediately notify a company representative at 7070-0033. The user may also request to temporarily suspend their account under such circumstances.
4.2.4. Should a user fail to notify the Company in the situations described in 4.2.3, the Company will not be held liable for any resulting damages. The user will bear full responsibility for any losses incurred due to their failure to promptly inform the Company.
4.2.5. When executing repayments through other applications and systems, users must accurately input the transaction values and amounts in the app. Users are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect entries.
4.2.6. If a user intentionally or inadvertently transfers, lends, or misuses their mobile phone or device to a third party, or if the mobile phone or device is damaged, turned off, disconnected from the network, or if the mobile phone license expires within 90 days, or in cases where the device is used with a different mobile phone or SIM card not stipulated in the contract, the user shall bear full responsibility for any resulting issues or damages, including transaction failures.
5.1. Since the application regularly introduces a variety of products and services, which may lead to technical improvements and changes, the Company will update these Terms of Service accordingly. After confirming these Terms of Service, the Company will notify you in advance of any additions or changes. This notification will also include any additional terms related to new products and services. These updates form an integral part of these Terms of Service.
5.2. The updates will be posted in the application's notification section.
5.3. They will also be sent to your registered email address.
5.4. In the event of any disputes arising from the use of the Application, the parties shall first endeavor to settle the matter amicably through mutual discussions. If these efforts are unsuccessful and an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall then be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for resolution.
